PatriciaWARDSadly passed away at Wyndley Grange Nursing Home on 4th July 2018, aged 78 years.
Beloved wife to the late Alan much loved mom to Stuart, Craig, Nicola and Dawn, A dearly loved nan to Kirk, Luke, Sophie, Jason, Amiee, Bradley, Reece, Todd, Paige and Cameron and a well-respected mother in law.
Will be very sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral Service at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on Friday 27th July 2018 at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only, donations may be given to the Alzheimer's and dementia society.
